Default Help... Currently installing a Greddy Evo Exhaust

I'm installing the a new Greddy Evo exhaust onto on 95 Accord and I'll need some help... First how do you jack up the car? I have a diamond jack and a hydraulic jack but if i use that on the pinch rail then i have no room for the jack stand... any advise would be greatly appreciated on this and any part of the installation would be great thanx

There is a front jack point and one on the rear. Read the owner's manual. Although it's very nice to hear you're using jack stands; a lot of people wouldn't even bother, and those are the people who have the car falls on their heads. Good luck with the install.

LOL... take a look at your owner's manual and find the jacking points of the car. Also, ask for a friends help who is somewhat knowledgeable about cars and if something happens like the car falling on you, he can go get help.

I know exactly where the jacking points are... you can either jack at the pinch rail (which is where it's meant to be jacked) or at the tow hooks. But the thing is, i'm using hydraulic jacks and/or the ones that come in your trunk. If i use them at the pinch rails, I can't get the jack stands underneath them, if i jack the car up at the tow hooks, the jacks don't go high enough for me to put the jack stands under the pinch rails... i know what to do, i either need a higher jack or a big piece of wood or something to place on top of the jack, but right now i don't have either... but I can't install it right now anyways... I looked under the car when i got the back side up... I could easily install the new exhaust within like an hour but the guy who had the car before me was an idiot and welded the bolts that you screw into the cat... so i'll prolly have to find someone with a blow torch... but other than that i just want to see if anyone had some good ideas on how to make the process easier and better... thanx for your replies so far...
