I'm having some problems with my car going to full throttle. I try to step on my gas and really floor it but it seems that my car just doesnt want to push. I feel like there's something preventing it from speeding up. When I reach 3500 rpm, it jolts a little bit then that's when it really kicks. Any idea what might be the problem? Or is it the only capability of my slow *** motor?

when i had my 91 Si it wasnt like that. i'll floor it on first and it really kicks in. i'm thinking something might be wrong with my car.
Sounds like you might need a tune up. Throttle cables just don't do that out of the blue.
Check your cap/rotor in the distributor, make sure you are up to date on oil changes, and check your spark plugs.

It's possible, but highly unlikely. You'd have to look at it and make sure the throttle cable is secure and tight on the throttle rotor.
