i hav ea 97 turbo prelude and i have a question about the stock breather hose coming off the back of the valve cover, it is not connected to anything right now , could that be why i am not reaching max boost? because of vacuum/ boost leak?
any ideas

EDIT... Sorry, I guess I could read the entire post before I answer.

As long as the hose isn't coming from the intake manifold or the intake itself, it shouldn't leak boost.
