seems like a 41, primary 02 sensor heater circuit....does this mean i need a new 02 sensor?

cel 41 is a bad o2 sensor. i have tha same problem. i havent had ttime to change out my o2 yet. but i do have 1 extra one for sale. does ur car bakfire n bogs wen u drive or wen tha cel comes on?
