my guess would be usdm itr header..obd2. I'm not even sure, but that wire might be an o2 sensor?? i have no clue...lol..just a guess

looks like a 1st gen B16 I had but those O2 sensors don't have OBD-0 plugs. I don't know the diff between OBD-1 and OBD-II plugs but its one of them thus its a 92 and older exhuast manifold.

Except for the O2 sensor placement. It looks alot like the EM for my OBD1
B17. On my B17 the O2 is in the downpipe, right in front of the cat.
