So my friend and I installed it a week ago. Everything has been running fine and smooth. Yesterday morning my CEL came on. It was throwing codes 22, 45, and 72. Does anyone know what could be causing my car all of a sudded to throw these codes? It's been running fine since I've had it. So does it have something to do with the header? Or is it just my car. Thanks.

22 = VTEC Oil Pressure Switch defective circuit or unplugged / defective oil pressure switch
* invalid code for non-VTEC engine

45 = System Too Lean or Too Rich malfunction in the fuel monitoring systems

72 = Cylinder 2 Misfire or a Random Misfire a condition is present that is creating a cylinder misfire

 

Do you think you could've damaged the O2 sensor where the bung is on the downpipe?

 

Yup, I too think you might have damage the 02 sensor. The 02 sensor is very fragile.....
