Default code 10 IAT sensor

this is getting me very annoyed..for those of you that did the y8 swap into your eg..where did you guys hook up the IAT at?? i really really need to know..ive been trying to get this thing done..but HT doesnt seem to be helping me out..and trust me..ive spend 45 mins reading HT about the IAT.. some people said to mount it on the intake coupling..and i did that..but the code is still there... i stuffed the whole nipple looking thing all the way in..and its pretty sealed up... what else could cause this? thanks.

in your harness the IAT plugs into the intake manifold. On the d16y8 the IAT is a plug that goes into the intake tube. What you should do is locate a 96+ civic IAT and then cut your old plug and wire the wires to the new plug and insert it into the intake tube. Try junkyards or autozone for the IAT sensor.
