Need New Rotors for Solo II & track events
I would like to upgrade my front rotors to Brembo blanks, (i was told to stay away from slotted & drilled rotors for track use) new brake pads, & a better fluid. Any ideas & where I can get a great deal online?
Thanks.
Thanks.
http://www.summitracing.com. They handle several brands of pads, but I like the AEM/Nissin ones. They seem to told up well at tracks like Watkins Glen and Pocono for me. Summit has Brembo blank/plain rotors. Brake fluid for a Honda is something of a discussion of its own. Most people I know agree that either Honda or Ford HD are the way to go unless you have a serious track car.
Give Andie a call at Cobalt Friction. Their G3000-spec Premium Grade Rotors (blanks) are great, good price and fantastic service...

I have blanks on my car now, so far so good.
However from my own experience, it's not worth having rotors turned or resurfaced. Just buy new blanks.
