Default car having lots of trouble starting up

Here is my situation:
This morning I go to start up my car from a nights rest w/o driving. The engine is completely cold. I go to turn it on and it turns, but dosent catch. I do this over and over again, until finally, after a couple of starts where it catches for a sec then dies, it turns on a runs like normal

I go to whereever I go and turn off the car, i return to the car before it has a chance to completely cool down and it turns on like normal

Jump to in the afternoon. I leave my car at work and it cools down completely, I go to turn it on and the same thing happens. I leave the car outside a resturant and the same thing happens.t
It semms when my car is cold, it can barley start, but once it gets warmed up, everything works great.

Does anybody know what could be the cause of this?

some of the mods I have that could have affected this are Fuel pump kill switch (worked fine w/o any trouble for past 6 months), B&M FPR and gauge (installed recently and gauge has been leaking some gas)

would the alternator have anything to do with this? b/c as I drive, sometimes my batt. voltage drops to 12.0v and I have to use something electrical to make it charge up to 13.5-14.0v (like putting window up and down, or turning on fog lights)

update:
tonight i was out with a couple of friends and I would turn on my car and after about 30 secs it would turn off. I would have the same problem starting it where it would crank but not turn on, and when it would turn on it would die after a little while. What could it be? is there anyway I could test to see if the fuel pump is working ok?

The ECU isnt throwing codes at all.
Is there a way to check if it is the fuel pump? w/o buying a new fuel pump?
I'll double check my insatll on FPR and gauge

Would the starter be the problem, because the car could turn on, but then it dies shortly after.
