Default Anyone with help installing zex59300 cam in D16Z6

I need all the help I can get want to do it righ . I hav enever installed a cam in a honda motor only V 8's. I heard these are alot easier and can bbe installed in an hour or two if you know what is going on. I think it may take me two or three hours to do it as long as I have the right info on what is going on..

It's really easy, I put that cam in my D16Y8, took me a few hours, but I had an extra set of hands (which you will need!) The only info I can give you is a.) get a manual because you need to know the proper torque specs, and b.) have an extra set of hands around because the rocker assembly is akward to remove and re-install (the vtec arms and pins like to fall and come out). Other than that, its basically, unbolt the valve cover and rocker assembly, take the old one out, lather up the important spots with assembly lube and slap it all back together.
