My coolent temp is an autometer with the probe in the water neck coming out of the head. Temps are usually ~170 in the colder months and ~180-210 when it's 90-100 degrees out.
EGT is in the manifold runner off #3 about an inch away from the head. EGT's under full boost hit 700-760 C, cruising in 5th is around 720 C, idle is at 330 C
