Default Bizarre possible clog in my brake line?

OK I had a problem that no fluid would come out of my passenger side front caliper when I tried to bleed it last. I thought perhaps something inside the caliper was messed up so I got new front calipers and installed them today. So then I bled them all and I got fluid out of all of them except the passenger side front one still. I pumped the brake pedal literally several hundred times to get something out and what would happen would be I would put the vacuum pump on the caliper and open the screw, then pump the brakes, then I could see no fluid came out so I would use the pump, it would build up pressure then eventually a stream of fluid would come out then it would stop. So I figured I had a clog except how come some fluid is able to get out. My question is how can I figure out which line is clogged. Is there some kind of super powered bleeder that might be able to force whatever is in there out? Or do I have to buy new hardlines and do the amazing bitch task of replacing that stuff. Any help is very appreciated.

Also this wouldn't have anything remotely to do with pushrod adjustment? I don't see how it was but that is an idea I guess.

Dude... you said you never had these problems until you did the new brake swap.

So just swap your old **** back in for the time being...

Problem solved!

Hard lines are a royal PITA.....maybe your prop. valve is fubarred. That's a possibilty. Are your caliper lines stock? When you brake now I bet it pulls to the left.

-Putting my old MC and Booster in isn't going to get any clog out.

-Yes it does pull to one side.

Are there ways to test the prop valve? Its an Integra one so I don't see why it would be messed up, it always worked before. Ughh I hate brakes!

15/16 what? Prop Valve?

I've had a 90-93 Integra Prop valve with my 13/16 MC and booster since last summer, worked fine.

I didn't even think prop valves have moving parts do they?

So your master is 15/16" but not the valve? There is moving parts in there because it directs(proportions) the fluid from the rear to the front and vice-versa during hard braking.

My MC, Booster, and Prop valve, are all from the 15/16 90-93 Integra.

So it does move? Hmmm anyone have one in good shape for cheap that they know works. I'm tired of junkyard parts.

You mean they sell remanufactured ones?? I wasn't aware. I thought it was a part that almost never broke.

What kind of soft lines do you have- braided or rubber? Either way if they are beginning to fail, you will get this problem before they actually burst.

Ugh, mine does that too. I'm guessing there's a piece of debris in the line somewhere that's preventing fluid flow. It's happening to me on the left rear brake.

Yeah I think its gotta be the prop valve. Cuz fluid gets to each circuit (there are 2) but won't come out of this one. So its got to be the problem.

I went to the parts store and asked the guy if they sold reman prop valves and he said no. So I might have to order a new one which will such cuz its probably a lot of money.

Q: Is 90-91 CRX Si prop valve the same as the 90-93 Integra? Just cuz usually Acura parts are more expensive.

A 91 EX valve is the same as a teg.

on Hondaautomotiveparts.com the part # for CRX Si and Civic EX ones are different. But EX did have the 15/16 MC like the Integra had so I guess I will order the EX one.

This is weird, I just came on here to search if anyone had this problem on theirs because I was bleeding my brakes today and the same damn thing was happening. To my passenger side front and drivers side rear. I pulled both bleeders completely out and cleaned them and the front one worked a little, but the back one didnt so i quit. And my brakes STILL suck, perhaps even worse, they practically go to the floor before anything happens!

Yeah it doesn't do anything unless the pedal is all the way to the floor. I'm about to drop about $120 on a new prop valve since I know new is going to work 100% and I don't know that about junkyard parts.

I also ordered a new hardline from the prop valve to the brake line (only a 6'' distance pretty much so not a big deal to install) just incase that is clogged, or falling apart from the inside or some crap.
