13" wheels... what to get?
Just got rid of my wilwood brakes and so i'm looking at purchasing some 13" wheels.
I'd like to use victoracers due to their life...but, they only have 205 widths in 13s.
So, that means if I stay with V700s, i'll have to use a 13x7.
My problem is, i can't find a lot of options in wheel designs/weights for 13x7.
There seems to be more 13x8 and 13x9 wheel options...both of which are kinda expensive.
So, any links, pictures, prices of places I can pick up any 13x7, 13x8, or 13x9 wheels?

dont see why you can't run 205 on an 8 inch wheel....altough axis makes a 13x7.5 which sounds ideal for your application....the model is toms slick or something like that
Volk (13x8) ~#320
Panasports (13x8+) ~$275
Lenso VPD "Tom Slick" (13x7.5) ~$120
Also, try some Ecsta V700 215's. They come in the new K6A compound and kick *** over the old K8A compound.
You might be able to get some Lensos from http://machiii.net or if not then from http://exospeed.com

if I recall the sizes correctly the new Ecsta's are available in a 235/45/13 whereas the old V700's were only available in a 225/45/13. Either of those should be able to fix on a 13x8... and for the budged minded the diamonds are a good deal, as well as circle (though i've never actually seen them)

edit -- apparently they either are not selling the 225 victoracers anymore or I'm going senile... anywhere here are the links from tirerack:

You're going senile. The old V700s are 205/60-13.
Dan has had issues with the new Ecsta V700 - they just don't seem to stick. He'll be experimenting with tire pressures over the next few weekends to see if he can correct it (somebody recommended running a lot more pressure).

That may also have a lot to do with the compound. AFAIK, there are at least 3 compounds in the Ectsas, K6A, K8A, K9A. K6A being the stickiest and K9A being the brick. We picked up a set of K6A 235-45-13 from TalonTire.com this spring and no complaints about the grip. We usually start at 36psi cold on a <2000lbs CRX... Also had a chance to compare against the old Victoracer (although a 205-55-14) during a test-n-tune and the K6A Ecsta simply blows the old Victoracer away...

This is about the only info i've found on the Kumho compounds: http://www.kumho-euro.com/Moto....html
There seems to be a lot of confusion about this. What compounds are shipped to North America, i'm not sure. But i've actually heard of people getting mixed compounds in a set of tires. Like 3 K6A and 1 K8A. Other people ordering just late this spring and getting K9A. Maybe some distribution chanel problems in Korea? Or tire dealer problems? I dunno...
Edit: on the link above the V70A is actually the Ecsta V700...

For 205-60-13 tires, we have used these on 13x5, 13x5.5, and 13x6 wheels without problems. Not sure how well these will fit on wider than 6 inch wheels.
13x6 panasports can be had for ~$160, last I checked. You can also try Revolution Racing Wheels. The 13x6 Panasports and Revolutions are like 11.5# each

My 13x8 is about 13#. Not too bad for a steel wheel @ $65/wheel. You can nearly get 3 Diamonds for 1 Panasport; if my budget permitted, Panasports would be the way to go, but that's just not practical for me or many other people.

to Diamond Wheels. Best less-expensive choice IMO (from the other brands of wheels I've seen that are "affordable").
