OBD II LS swap
I tried searchin for this but no luck I' m puttin a 96 OBD 2 B18B into a eg hatch. I know you can just get an OBD 1 ecu and plug and play, but as for right now thats not an option. Is there any way to use the OBD2 ECU. We need this car running?

Sounds like you're pressed for time, better get an OBDI ECU
It will be much harder and time consuming to wire the motor up and use the OBDII ECU.

A jumper harness will cost about the same as an OBDI ECU. If you are determined to use the OBDII, contact Kenji here on the board. He can make you a jumper.
Either way your gonna have to spend some $ and wait...

Realize that if you do make your EG into OBD-2, that you're going to have to run more wires from the engine bay to the ECU and wire up more OBD-2 sensors that would not be found in an OBD-1 car or in an OBD-1 harness. Much easier just to get the OBD-1 ECU, run the OBD-1 parts (injectors, distributor, misc sensors that don't plug in properly) and then you won't run into as many problems.
