Quick newbie quest.... where do i hook up these lines, wastegate actuator and bov..

any vaccume source? how is the actuator suppose to push the flapper open if i hook it up to a vaccume source? doesnt it need to push air into the actuator? .... Can i use the line thats connected to the FPR that goes to the intake mani? anyone have a site or pictures of where these two parts connect too?
