I'm not too sure about getting it off now that it's stripped, maybe some vise-grips and a prayer? But next time, definitely save yourself the trouble and borrow/buy a flare-nut wrench (mine was $30 from crap-on, but you can get them much cheaper). Honda flare-nuts are notorious for stripping with anything BUT a flare-nut wrench.
Maybe since it's already stripped, you could take the whole line off and replace that, too (hope its not a hard line!). You'll curse yourself if you re-install the new cylinder with the stripped nut, then have to f!ck with it again if you need to remove the same cylinder again.
Good Luck!!

You could do that..

Edit: reading is fundamental...... Its a NUT not a BOLT! Yea, vice grips and a prayer, i have gotten alot of stuff off with vice grips, primative but they get the job done.

i actually did my master cylinder last week. luckily it broke loose without a problem. visegrips would prob work on a stripped nut. Or get a file and clean up the nut a little n try to get a flare nut wrench onto it.

I hate to say it, but you need to start off with the right tools. A line wrench would have had it off in 2 seconds. I agree with everyone else that your going to have to get it with vice grips. Maybe a little heat to go along with it. Keep trying.

Since the nuts are part of the line, it is now junk and needs to be replaced. Are you trying to replace the slave cylinder? If you need to keep the cylinder, cut the line near the cylinder and remove the unit from the car. Then clamp the nut end in a vice and turn the cylinder to remove the line. The end attached to the flex hose on the other end will probably not be much fun either. Maybe not as bad due to not being quite as exposed to road crud. Either get a new hose from Honda or measure the length of the old one and get a straight length of line with the correct ends from the auto parts store and bend it to fit.
