car hesitating around 1500-2000 rpm
i'm asking here cuz the civic guys said ask the FI guys 
i have a greddy turbo kit on a d16y8 and recently i've been having hesitation around 1500-2000, where it would feel like the car is jerking forward a bit....
i'm getting code 14 (IACV PROBLEM) for a while.... but just noticed this
do u think there is a relationship between the two?
