there is a noise coming from what seems to be, the left front tire, its very noticeable when i'm breaking or driving @ slow speeds.....sort of sounds like thud,thud, thud,thud, thud...etc...i can almost feel it thru the dead pedal, i have the stock rims on re010's...anybody knows whats wrong........thanks

 

warped rotors?

 

Might be the sensor on the caliper saying that u have to change ur pads...other then that, no clue

 

i've had warped rotors before on other cars, but it only happened when braking, not when driving w/o braking....i guess it could be...i just don't know, thanks yosh and happy belated b-day1!

when the rotors on my civic warped, I felt it when braking *and* during slow (<20mpg) driving.

 

its probably that then, i'll take it to acura.....another question is that i bought the car w/ 6500 miles, right now it has 12,000, the only service i've done is just 2 oil changes, when should you take it in for routine maintenance, how often.....i guess i could find my manual just lazy....thanks

 

Check torque on the lug nuts. If they are really loose it'll make a kind of rhythmic thumping noise.

Uhh... don't ask me how I know that.

well i know for sure that your suppose to do a 7500 miles service...jsut tire rebalancing and the like....i could get my manual too...but im lazy right now
