Default Is this cause by the delta wastegate????

I was running VAFC + 370cc Drag turbo.
Anyways, while running for a test drive my boost guauge stop at 4psi and it start to sputter, boost could not go any further. I currently had a turbonetic delta wastegate.

1) Is this cause by the stupid turbonetic wastegate?? My wastegate is 7psi and It no where I think that what cause this problem.
2) could it be a boost leak? Well I check all my pipe but nothing wrong..

Any help appreciated...thanks
Should I upgrade to Tial wastegate?? heard lots of good thing about Tial...
