Clutch and Header rec ommendations.....

Well, I'm doing a full rebuild and my stock ex. manifold needs to go and my oem type R clutch with 60K on it is melted...so I'm in the market for a new clutch and header. ANyone have any good suggestions on the combo? Please let me know your opinions..thanks
