my supercharger was running perfectly @ 10psi, then today I rip it for like 5 min, then go home and turn it off..
then 2 hours later I go to start the car to leave, the car is fine, but then i go hit boost and I hear a loud squeeling noise comming from under my hood???

The more I push it the louder the squeeling gets.... It sounds like its either comming from a belt or the supercharger itself???

Does anyone know what could be making that bad noise?I havent driven the car since it starting making this noise.....

The blower only has 10 000miles on it so I hope the bearing is not seized or blown..

the car only sqeels under load.... if that helps

Check the belt man, it could be slipping.

 

so its for sure not the bearing? if it was the bearing would it make the noise all the time and not only under boost!

im getting it checked out tomo. I hope its the belt!

Could also be the tensioner... do you have plastic or aluminum pullies? I thought my blower was bad but it was an older aluminum tensioner; replaced it, noise gone.

 

yup I found the problem!!
Lose belt from the crank/alternator!!!

and yes I have the old aluminum pulley!! where can I get the pastic one?
