96 JDM B16A2 question about wire harness!!! Please Help In process of swap

I have a 95 civic ex coupe that has a b16a2 motor being put in right now. People said the 95 civic ex coupe harness would work, but the fuel rail plugs are different and so are some of the other plugs (altenator and Temp sensor) What harness do I need to buy or what should i do to fix the problem. I want the easy thing to do. Also how do you tell if you ECU is OBD I or OBD II
