96 civic for $3000 bucks? *WTF*????

hey, this guy here is selling a 1996 civic 5spd with stock outside and a j-spec engine swap.. with 3000 miles on it.. never been wrecked or anything.. why so cheap? does engine swap take down value?

i thought the golden rule was "treat others the same way you would want to be treated" ??? bah whatever,..what you said is true,...could the car or motor be "hot"?
