Default anyone with an older blitz bov

Just recently I have been having some problems with my blitz, it simply won't open. I took it apart and greased it up and still won't open. I had the engine running and the vac line hooked up and I would push on the piston while revving it and it would occasionally move . Do I need to take it apart again and lube it up more thoroughly?

Take out the hat, you can't adjust it anymore but that is what I did and it works good now

I think it was a combo of the two, but I took out the hat and polished the piston and housing but noticed that the piston was warpd. I guess that what happens over time.

The old Blitz BOV are very good. Unfortunalty they were the big piston type and after the grease wears out the piston get stuck on the cyl walls kinda like a piston in a motor. and it rubs and friction occurs. what i did was used white grease and lubed it very wells and spray WD once is a while. Take the BOV apart and see if you can clean it up polsih up some ruff sports and re lube it with heavy grease. i dont think it would affect the performance.
