need idea for a fast car that gets good gas mileage for about 10k

i got about 10,000 Dollars to spend, i would like to get a car that is really fast but also good on gas cause i have to drive it over an hour to get to my classes please let me know if you have any suggestions or a car that would be good for me that is fast and gets good gas mileage

find a 88-91 Civic Hatchback, drop a B18C5 with i/h/e and some aftermarket camshafts. Then spend the rest of the money and suspension/wheels.

yea i kinda wanted a turbo see i dont know much about hondas

so i need to get some advice lol i wanted a hatchback that was turbo charged but i dunno what i should do to the engine or anything so any more info would be great thanks
