Im interested in upgrading my engine to make about 210 whp -230whp. Im willing to go either supercharger or turbo. My main question about both is reliabilty i know i dont have to upgrade my engine for supercharging using a jackson racing setup but turbo yes. What exactly "internals" do i need to have a safe daily driving integra turbo'd car? or will stock internals be safe. Any recommendations would help alot.
