Car won't boost over 5psi and i have a 9psi spring

i have a tial WG with a green spring and it won't boost past 5psi
i have the WG hooked up to the manifold vacuum

check for leaks/cracks in the turbo manifold and/or not sealed connections between block and manifold, manifold and turbo and manifold and wastegate

make sure ur pipes are leaking boost

if i hook up the wg to the manifold the leaks in the pipes shouldn't really matter rite

found out the problem i was using a nos regulater T tap
