VTEC dont work B16A2

VTEC dont work on B16A2 engine. The Oil pressure switch dont open. The oil pressure is low. What can go wrong? The pressure in VTEC sustem is 4 atm. I think switch have own oil channel for switching. Maybe smth. blocked up the oil channel?
