$@%^%# rust(people who have had theirs fixed)
Well the rust is starting to get bad on my rear quarter panels. How much did it cost you to have the spot cut out and blah blah...?

im having mine done in two weeks ...im having new panels welded in on both sides paint and everything is costing me $1200.00

That's not bad enough to have cut out and rewelded. You should be able to get that fixed for not that much. Show pics of your whole car, looks real nice.

I believe Summit racing sells a elecdtric kit that will STOP they rust from getting any worse. I work by sending a current threw your car preventing rust from forming or getting worse if you already have rust spot, this kit was featured on the last episode of "My Classic Car" it hooks to your battery and has 4 connection points on the car to make sure the current is flowing over the entire car..
As far as repairing it goes, your going to have to remove all the rust and make a few patch panels and weld them on. I would say around $500 to get it fixed and repainted..

when i bought mine it was about 1/2 as bad is it is now..... ill post pics in about a month afer the new panels are in 75% of older civics in stl have quarter panel rust i guess its the weather or something

so you're the one who bought Mike's hatch???...yeah the rust is inevidable...my old hatch had it and I replaced the rust with new sheetmetal(my dad's friend did it on the side) and the newer hatch is starting to get it a little too...what can you do?!?!?!?!

opposite side i had a crease no rust but they did the same thing cut a new piece welded it and reapainted the quarterpanel and rear bumper(it needed it) for $500 and that was a quality job
why dont u just do it urselves? all u need is an air chisel or rotary tool and some fiberglass and some bondo. not hard stuff, ive done it a couple times.
