Default Zdyne users, need assistance...

Does anyone have the BASE tunes for the SECU? I checked out Speedphreaks site with all the tunes on it, but when I try to open the file, I get an "incorrect version" prompt? I'm using the Binhacker V1.5.1.0
I tried opening another tune from a fellow member who was gracious enough to give me his to tune to start with, but I got the same Version error. Maybe I'm doing something wrong??? From the Binhacker program, I go to EDIT--> OPEN --> go to the file(which is a .ZDY file, then I get the error. ANy help is appreciated. TIA

Try a reinstall.

I keep a copy of Binhacker 1.5.1.0 on the HD (I make basemaps for n00bs, provide sarcastic tech support) and it opens all basemaps just fine.

What op system are you running ? I've had issues running it on NT/2k/XP. Run either win98 or winME on it.

2K is fine here.

XP is the devil.

I can send you the file. What kind of motor and whats your setup? You are using an older version then what is available now. I still have the zip file from when I had my Zdyne. Version 1.6.0.3. I can send the whole program to you. Let me know.

What up Rob? Check this out bro. I think you did the same thing I did when I first started playing with this program. There is a demo program that functions the same way as the regular Zdyne program except you can't change or modify anything. The version software doesn't change the actual file created. It still uses the same files when you save your program in your car. Try reloading the software or find the real application file folder. Trust me its something very simple thats causing your errors. Also see if that program you launched has edit capabilities in its perference folder.

Thanks man, that would be great. Here's my email: boostedteg91@sbcglobal.net
I'm running stock B16, with DSM 450's, boost 8-10psi.

I'm running Windows ME. I got the Binhacker from another member, as well. He sent it as a ZIP file, I saved it to me HD and just open it from my desktop.
Mike, I think that's exactly what's happening. The program has edit functions as well as the templates to create tunes(although they seem pretty generic-all the cells seem to be the same) I can't go to the 3D view, from what's populated. It has a pull down menu and shows chip1, chip2...Chip4??? Not sure what this is, though- these aren't BASE tunes are they? Thanks for the help fellas
