best twin disk clutch to go with
im looking at getting the best twin disk clutch for my h22 civic the 2 i am in decicive about are the clutch masters or the tiltom ceramic not the tilton carbon carbon there way out my price range but there for a high horsepower street car thanks for the helpfull input
tilton ceramic is a great choice. I hear nothing but praise from those things.
Tilton clutches are proved with the higher horsepower guys (600+). If you don't plan on surprassing the 500 hp mark, a 6 puck act would be a very good clutch.

that is was i was leaning toward i wonder if u use the tilton slave cylinder kit on the exedy it will help i here there soft allready with stock slave cylinder
Does anyone know for a fact if the Tilton TOB will work with another manuf's twin disk clutch (exedy, CM, etc)? I know it will not work with a single disk clutch even if it is a single tilton.
I'm went with a Tilton ceramic, just waiting for Stan to get the FW moddified.

Are you going to daily drive this car? I have the Tilton twin disk and it is a pain in the *** to drive. fter you get going it isn't that bad but be carefull downshifting, this is where you will need to master rev matching. Although I do not have the Tilton TO bearing. The engagement is brutal, it is an on/off clutch, no if's and's or but's about it. I am curious as to what the Competition Clutch twin disk is like. I would like to hear from people that have that one. If the engagement is a little softer and can hold the power I would take that over the Tilton.
