2000 accord, can't get rotor retaining screw out
Ok, I have the wheel off, and I see the two #3 phillips screws. So far I've broken off a bit in one and partially stripped the other. For now I just put it back together, but I think my rotors are warped so I need to do this before they get too bad to resurface and have to be replaced.
Anybody have any suggestions for how to get these off? Also, how about a good place to get a cheap dial indicator to check the rotors?
Thanks

Just drill them out. The screws are very soft metal. I woldn't bother replacing the suckers either. Totally worthless junk, they do nothing.
Wow, that was fast, I'm gonna go get one of those impact drivers tonight and give it a shot, thanks for the advice guys...I'll let you know how it goes.

And once the calipers are installed, those rotors ain't going anywhere. But actually, the wheel holds the rotor on, mostly. And, most cars don't have those dumb screws. They usually rust up solid in a matter of months. I wish they didn't use those!
