Default Can i use an auto 96-98 EX harness in my B18B/EK swap?

My stock harness is not available... so i went searching for a new harness from a 96-98 EX harness. A friend of mine gave me a 96-98 EX automatic transmission harness and said it should work out just fine, just leave a few plugs out of the ECU.

Can anybody confirm that this will be ok?
