Default B18B into 96CX question

For the wiring is it possible to use a harness from a 99-00 Civic into a 96cx?

No it will not work without a lot of wiring headaches on the dash harness plug and the pinouts are also completely different from the 96-98. You must reuse your stock harness or any 96-98 harness only. If you are swapping in a VTEC motor, the 96-98 EX harness will make it better plug and play.
