CEL 13 with Greddy blue box...HELP
So I got the Greddy turbo kit in about a month ago (base 99 prelude) and I started getting CEL 13 (baro sensor) light after using the car for 2 weeks. What could be the cause of it? Loose wire?
Curious as to anyone else using the Greddy blue box getting a CEL 13 and what did you do?

Damn that sucks ***... I was rip apart my car to make sure there were no loose connections but if it happens regardless then I guess there is no point
There is no way to turn that light off besides pulling out the build?

there is a way, but that involves getting an expensive engine management system
just get used to the check engine light, I find myself staring at mine sometimes

I've heard people say that the connections have to be soldered, but I seriously doubt it's that. There is a solution which involves replacing the intake manifold, but after 2 years of experiencing this CEL (which seems to happen randomly), I'd say it's about time for me to get a standalone fuel management system and to take care of this annoying CEL 13.
The connections are crimped with what greddy included with the kit. I'm gonna check the connections next weekend since it was raining this weekend and my garage is too tight heh. I just thought it was kinda weird of getting the CEL 13 since the blue box has a built in 'missing link'. Only way the ecu sees boost is through the MAP reading and the baro sensor reads it off the MAP.

well if what the guy says is right and baro sensor gets readings from the map sensor, then it could be possible that a bad or incomplete connections between the box and map sensor is causing it to throw a code, since it mite not be even getting readings off the map sensor sometimes
