Default What plugs to use?

I have a built b18c5 with a t3/t4 turbo. What spark plugs should I use and with what gap. I had the ngk5555 in there the ones that are OEM with the OEM gap (cant remember what the gap was). I now need new plugs. What should I go with?

We run NGK BKR7E-11 on all of our FI and even NA Honda's... Bring the gap down to ~0.030" (~0.80mm) and see how that works... Peace

EDIT: Damn you guys are FAST, hehe... When I opened this no one had responded yet... Oh well
