This dude wrecked his 99 with about 36k miles on it. I'm interested in the head and VTEC selanoid. Not the intake, not the dizzy, and not the cam gear. Just the head and the selanoid. He said its been ported and polished. 300. Do you think its worth it?

 

i have a 99 with 46,000 on it complete, intake, dizzy, solenoid, VC, and all great shape still on motor. i only want $180 for it. i dunno about $300 for one, make sure it has work done to it first

 

300, hes out of his damn mind. 100 at most for the head and solenoid. i'll bet you could find a head for 50 bux on ebay.

 

I got a bare head with m I will sell you fo 50 + shipping, lol. I dont know thouh, I sold a Y8 head on ebay for 305 bucks, crazy but..

 

yeah thats the one thing not to buy on ebay. they go for a lot. Just go to a junk yard.

 

Junkyards are a good place to look, but not for Honda stuff around here. People around here already took the good stuff. There's nothing that new in a junkyard around here. I've already checked... Yeah, that dude said he did some research on it, and said it was worth $400. I may be able to talk him down to 200, but doubtful.
