made the money to buy a header, dont know which would be best. 4-1 or 4-2-1... any recommendations?

 

they both have there advantages.....do a search and you can find some good info that way too

4-2-1 is usually 2 piece, easy to install and with more power and 4-1 is usually 1 piece, harder to install but gots lotta torque.

you got it backwards. 421 creates mroe midrange, 41 is mostly topend

 

thanks, which one would be best for 1/4 mile?

1/4 mile go with the 4 2 1 header... two peice...(edlebrock)

 

well my friends always run 4/1 open.. most of them usually his low 14's or high 13's just by doing that..suaully the bolt on...my frinds 94 hatch hits 14.1 with a b16 intake headder and just run open after that..

 

search it has been coverd a million times
