Hey i'm setting my car up on 4 jack stands cuz i'm starten to take it apart since i'm parting it out
i was just wondering since i'm using a hydralic jack to lift each side 1 by 1 and using the metal clip or watever it is that ur supposed to use and i can't move the hydralic jack to put the jack stands under the clips so where should the stands be put?
where exactly should i put them?

 

On my car theres a tow hook up front on the middle engine support beam, I use that to jack up the front, theres also a similar hook in the back I've also seen people put their jack under their front lower control arms and the frame beam between the rear wheels.

yea thats what i'v done, but after 10 yrs of my fat *** sittin in the car, the drivers side suspension was lower so it didnt go up as high as the pass side did.
