type r pistons in d series engine?

type r pistons in d series engine?

I want to know if type r piston will work on a d16 engine......What mods I need to do?

sleeve the block and bore it to accomodate the pistons. you will also need LS rods, shaved 0.017" on each side to fit onto the crank.

sorry dont mean to jack ur thread but i heard of some one putting sotck tt supra pistons in there car for boost is that really possible?

Yupp. It sure is possible, PM : turbopanda If you want to buy a set. They also come on B16 rods which are stronger than the stock D16/D15 ones.
