My Zex bottle is leaking from the stem of the hand wheel. It only leaks when the hand wheel is in certain positions. There is no visible nitrous coming out, but you can hear a hissing sound when the hand wheel is turned to a certain position. When the bottle is closes the hissing sound is also gone too. What can be the problem of this and how do you go about fixing this?

I had the same problem, Zex said they have never heard of it doing that before, just tell them you had it leak tested and it failed, send your bottle back and get a new one.
