Where can you buy a cap to cover the extra intakeholes?

Where can you buy a cap to cover the extra intakeholes?
I have a intake that has 2 holes for the pcv valve and one from the valve cover. I have a catch can and use only one of the inserts. Where can i buy a rubber cap to block the extra opening?

do you really need to plug it? mine's unplugged and hasn't caused any problems. get a piece of electrical tape or something if it's really bugging you that much.

I got a black plug like the extra one that came with the CAI from Pep Boys. It was in the "Help" section and used a little silicon to hold it in place. 
Got f***ed on visual for CA smog. edit: Just thought about what I posted... I didn't get the CAI from Pep Boys just the plug.
