Default 2 very newb questions

1. Does it matter where you get a vacuum source for the wastegate actuator? Does it have to be split into the same source as your BOV?

2. If you do not use a MBC the turbo will just boost to the stock level?

1. you tap into turbo, should have a fitting on the compress outlet that you connect the vac hose to the wastegate to.

2. you are correct it will only boost to whatever the wastegate spring is.

Thanks Brandon, I actually live in the next town over from you, I've heard a lot about your teg.

I checked my turbo...

On the turbo inlet there is a detachable curved neck that has a fitting for two vacuum lines.

On the turbo outlet there is a brass bolt teflon taped right before where the first charge pipe connects. Should I use that hole or do I have to weld in a fitting on my charge pipe?
