there is a little screw that you turn to adjust it. there is one on the bottom of the throttle body and on the side. they say to adjust the one on the bottom first out to 1,000 rpm then adjust the one on the side. that will bring it to 750. i hoped that helped

is it a actual screw or is it 2 nuts that r on a threded bolt type thing???,u know u have to move them both a certain direction,,so they r tight against each other
,,thats the only thing i see on the bottom of the throttle body
the throttle cable is going threw it,,and it has a rubber sleeve after the threded bolt
if thats it,,which way should i move the 2 bolts??

and for the top of the throttle body,i see another bolt,,,,

let me know
thanks mike

ok the bottom one is a hex nut and you have to move it counterclock wise to raise the revs.

The car is probably broken beyond repair - you should sell it to me for $50.
