Default Shitty gas mileage/ Black smoke at WOT!

After completing my swap, I found that I am getting extremely **** poor gas mileage (8-10 mpg) and have a huge cloud of USDM smoke coming out the back. I assume that I am running WAY too rich. This is my setup

92 DX hatch w/95 USDM b18c1
Stock fuel pump, regulator, lines
MSD wires and NGK plugs (came with swap, no clue how old they are)
AEM intake
99-00 Si exhaust
GSR cat

I've had one guy tell me that it is probably the ignition (plugs and wires) and all the fuel is just not burning. Anybody have any suggestions on what I can do to fix this problem?

Hmmm...

Did you use a new O2 sensor, or the old, original one?
What ECU are you running? Chipped, or stock program?
Did you tune the engine up with new plugs, cap, rotor, wires?

Have you checked the plugs and wires? That's something that should be replaced when doing a swap. Go ahead and try throwing in a new fuel filter and the rest of a "scheduled" tune-up.

You will get smoke and 8-10 mpg at WOT, slap yourself in the face for me. Notice smoke during VTEC, yeah, that would be the cause...

Reset ECU and do a tune up.

did you take a voltmenter to the harness to find that out or did you take it to a professional?
