Default problem with Lanzar opti 2100, easy fix or need repairs?

I had this amp for nearly 6 years in guessing and i took it out of my car 2 years ago and sat it in my closet. I brought it out the other day to use in my beater because the factory 89 toyota truck radio sucks. Anyways the amp turns on but will give nearly no outout. It will give very little about enough to barely hear it when you are standing next to it. Turn the volume up a little bit and the light on it flashes green and red. Turn it down and it goes to full green. I was told something about the caps drying out after a long time of storage with no power. Any ideas as to what it can be or anyone on the board who can fix it. I tried the local electronics repair store and they want no parts of it. I know its and old amp but i like it. Thanks
