desroking the b20
i have a b20 block with a gsr head, its turbocharged ive been thinking bout using a b17 crank i have to destroke it to a 1.9 ive heard of it being done but i need to get more info on which rods to use and find away to figure out compression. to those of u who are thinking what the hell is this guy on going from 2.0 to 1.9 he must be crazy.. by making it a short stroke long rod motor it will make it rev faster and lose a lil bottom end but greatly improve top endi already have traction problems so i think it will help with that also

I think the LS and B20 cranks are the same

yup, just the bore in the b20 is diff.
im sure that would be a great idea, but good freekin luck finding a b17 crank. you can get it new from acura for ~ $977.23
now you just have to figure out your r/s ratio and c/r.
