Default head swap question

just hoping that i can get some second opinions from ya'll on this site. I have a d16y7 and I'm installing PM6 pistons along with a y8 head and maybe a cam down the road. now here are my questions: 1) should i use my stock ecu but with a VAFC to control vtec engagement or use a y8 ecu and have to rewire everything (difficulty level of that?). 2) do you think there will be any piston-to-valve clearance issues with this piston/head combination? and finally, 3) in addition to new rod bearings and rings and head gasket, what else will i need to complete the swap of the head and pistons? sorry for the long post, but thank you for any help.
also, i have heard something about having to remove an oil control jet on the back of my block for the oil pressure to be correct, know anything about this?

umm i can help you with some things, for the swap you will need a whole y8 top end including im, and tb. I dont know about the valve piston clearance. As for the ECU I converted to obd1 p28, I wouldnt get the y8 ecu becuase that is a p2p and it sucks for tuning. I heard something about the oil control jet too, but i didnt take it out when i did my swap, thats probalby why it is running to well right now :-P. Anyway, hope some of this helps.

Like turbotime said, get a OBD1 conversion harness and a P28... It the best way to go...
