I am trying to find out if this manifold is to big for my torque-lees B16A2 and will I actually gain more HP?? Or will I loose power.
I have a great offer on this one (JG Edelbrock Victor X intake manifold #4764 ) but I am also considdering the Skunk2 or ITR.

for a stock b16, that manifold will do nothing but make you lose a lot of low end and midrange power, reason being that the surge tank is a lot larger and was initially designed for turbo cars shoving massive amounts of air into the motor. an itr or skunk2 manifold would suit you much better depending on your goals/plans.

Well some day I was planning to install the skunk2 stage 2 or similar cams.. and a 4-1 header, highflow cat and 2,25" catback with muffler (installing it next week) I've got a KN-short air intake.. and that would be it..
seems like it is too big for my mods.??????

....yep too big for your NA engine setup. If you went boost, like IAN said, then you'll wanna go with the JG intake many.
