Ok gusy my tein springs have arrived and i need to install them....I need some tips and pointers also I'm using stock shocks since i have no more money...-Roger

sorry about the long list but its there if you look!!!

 

uh get a spring compressor from your local auto supplies store.....and a can of WD40....everything else is straight forward....if you can't get the rear lca's back into place...which is kind of a bitch....get your stock car jack and jack up the lca into place....and use a flat head to align the lca to the brake assembly.....got it...USE A FLOOR JACK AND JACK STANDS......DON'T KILL YOURSELF....work front to back.....people jack their cars on all four jack stands...but that scares the **** out of me

 

dont use a flathead, get real 'alignment tools' - a set of drifts/punches.

RJ - who was pulling suspension on a EG hatch last nite for the 8th time in 3 weeks.

 

Save some more money and get some good shocks to with those springs. Otherwise your stock shocks will give out soon and you will sure wish you had better shocks, and you will have to pull the suspension out all over again.

true true, i did this on my maxima...

its worth waiting to get shocks and install it all at once....

then onto alignment
